Information Regarding Service Transfer to American Education Services
If Great Lakes sent you a letter informing you that Great Lakes is no longer servicing your account, the servicing of your loan has been transferred to your new servicer American Education Services (AES).
The terms and conditions of your loan are unchanged. Your account balances and interest rates are also unchanged.
American Education Services (AES) will be sending you more information about your student loan account. If you would like to inquire about the status of your loan, or loan repayment options, please contact AES at 800-233-0557.
